Why is it still so hot?!

Can anyone answer my question?! I cannot believe that it was like 95 degrees yesterday!! I'm so ready for some actual fall weather!!

Enough complaining! I hope everyone had a great weekend and watched the tigers win that ball game Saturday night! Whew! Brandon and I tailgated with some friends Saturday and then went back to our house to watch the game and cook! We had so much fun catching up with friends we haven't seen in a while! We had a much needed restful Sunday that was quite enjoyable!

On another note, I did run out of gas yesterday for the very first time ever! I called B that morning and asked him if he thought it would be okay (because I left my wallet in his car) " ohhhh yeah, you'll be fine!" .........NOT! Even though I have never ran out of gas I feel like I handled the situation very well...just put it in neutral and backkkeed it on up! oh and did I mention that it just happened to 95 DEGREES and it was HOT sitting in that car! whew!

A Walk Down Gameday Lane...

HAPPY FRIDAY!!

I haven't really had much to blog about this week so today I thought we'd take a trip down game day lane! I remember my first Auburn game that Brandon and I came to. Keep in mind I was still in High school and he had just graduated in the spring. We got tickets some how and we were set!! We had never experienced the whole tailgating game day atmosphere before and didn't have a clue!! So the two of us trek down to Auburn at about noon on that HOT Saturday!! The game wasn't until like 6 I believe...after we FINALLY found somewhere to park, we started walking around. Okay about an hour...eh okay 30 min in I was already H O T and ready to sit lol!! We would walk some, sit some, walk more, and sit some...We finally decided to go into the game it had to be like 3:30...Keep in mind that we had no idea what was going on lol. I thought for sure some one would take our seats or it'd be really crowded so B finally agreed that we could go on in. Needless to say, you could hear crickets in that huge stadium!! We were most def the first people in the stadium!! HAHA I look back at it now and can't help but to laugh about it! We have had some great times on The Plains and I can't wait to get out there tomorrow!

This weekend we went home to celebrate Hanna's Birthday!! Friday, I went to the BRHS game with Mama so that we could watch hanna on the field!! She did such a good job. She got a Flip for her birthday so we were able to record her some on that! BR ended up losing...but oh well Hanna did good lol. Saturday, I went to a jewelry party and then had Hanna's family bday party that night. We had some GOOD cake and ice cream! Sunday B and I came back home and I did some cleaning and he worked more on the fence. I took a few pics Friday night but some of them aren't the best quality, so please excuse that!

Happenings

Helloooo! Okay, I love our new house don't get me wrong...however, I always feel like our counters are cluttered with KEYS and MAIL! I'm always on the look out for a mail/key holder of some sort...the only thing is is that I only have one small area that it can go so I'm limited to space!! I usually go to Hobby Lobby WEEKLY looking for something and the one time B goes with me we find something that will work!!! I've kinda gotten an obsession lately ab "key" things...HL always has these cute keys that go on the wall that I just love (B doesn't understand the point of them)...so we are in HL and I find the cutest key KEY holder!! and it was 50% off Woop!! I love it, it's rustic just like the rest of the stuff in our house!! When we got home we went to put it up and it looked...well kinda lost on my wall :( sad....luckily I had the perfect picture to go over it (that I had been dying to put some where). So finally I have solved part of my problem...now off to organizing the dreaded MAIL!!! :)

Labor Day Weekend

I hope everyone had a great weekend, I know Brandon and I sure did! My weekend started at 3 O'clock Friday afternoon when we got off early!! Down town traffic was CRAZY because of all of the football game. After I finally made it home, Brandon and I packed up everything and the 3 of us hopped in the car and headed to the lake!! We went to AC first to drop Harley off at Woman's (thanks Woman for keeping her:) ) Then we met up with Micheal, Courtney, Adam and Tab. We finally got to the lake and got situated and just have fun hanging out with some friends!!

Saturday, we got up and played in the lake some and then got ready for Brody's 1st bday party!! He was so cute and really got into the cake after Brandon (kinda) forced him in it! :) After the party we went back to the lake and watched the AUBURN GAME!! War Eagle might I add!! :) and we just enjoyed the rest of our time at the lake!! Monday we cooked out at Brandon's family's house and ate a lot of GOOOOOOD FOOOD!

That time of year!!

First off, HAPPY FRIDAY!! :)

Brandon and I have a big lonnnng weekend planned! We are going to the lake tonight to enjoy one last weekend on the lake before Fall gets here! We will be staying with some friends tonight and tomorrow night! I am so excited because we will also be watching the AUBURN GAME!

We also have our nephew Brody's first birthday party to go to tomorrow!! It's so hard to believe that he is already ONE! For the rest of the weekend, we will just be relaxing and enjoying our day off Monday!

Hello All!
Okay I have been a super duper bad blogger this past month but I had the whole month off from work and my comp at home is OOC (out of commission)! Anyway, Brandon and I had a very busy and fun month!! It went by so quick...I guess that was because I was actually enjoying my break! Time flies when you're having fun right?! I didn't really "do" to much during my time off...I went to the pool a few days, shopped around, and made a few crafts! It's al ot easier for me to tell what all went on during the month of August via pics!! We did however attend a wedding and had a great time with some close friends and family. We also had some birthday parties to go to and had a few date nights that we enjoyed!! I promise to be more frequent with my blogs now that I'm back at work! I also can't believe how much cooler that it's gotten and that it's already
